2. How Ordering Works
Orders placed through our checkout are paid for at the time of purchase, via our payment processor PayFast. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. If you would prefer to discuss pricing, availability, or delivery/collection terms before committing to a purchase — for example for a large or built-to-order industrial unit — use the Request a Quote form instead; a quote request is not a binding sale and does not charge any payment.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. VAT is calculated at the applicable South African rate. Final pricing, including any freight or delivery costs for large or heavy equipment, will be confirmed with you before an order is finalised.
4. Product Information
We aim to describe our products, including technical specifications, as accurately as possible. Where a specific rating, weight, or dimension is not confirmed, this is noted on the product page. Please confirm exact specifications with us before finalising an order, especially for large industrial equipment.
5. Delivery

To the extent permitted by law, Elohim Generator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or delays in delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
